Pay Property Taxes Online

You can now pay your property taxes online ( chennai )

Note: If your transaction has failed, do not make payment once more, wait for receipt for a day or two and then pay, the amount may get reversed if failed or may be it will be paid

All of the Government websites pay only during business hours/day.as most of the time they shut down off business hours/day

Click on the link below for the property tax payment

Choose the correct divison and the zone from the list below( you can get this from the previous paid receipts)

                                     Check if the owner name displayed with the correct address
                                                 enter the email address

                                                    Click pay online button

You will be routed to your payment gateway and pay

once paid come to the main page again and click the link below for receipt

Choose the zone and division again

You should be able to see the current receipt and prev receipts

Take a print out ( sample below)

If you have a old div and zone number you can use the link below and get the new zone and division number before payment
