You will have to register for the first time

Once registered you will get a registeration confirmation email

clickon the link in the email to activate the account

Login with your user name and password that was created

Choose option for renewal or fresh

You have two options either to fill the application online or offline

do it offline if you have a bad internet connection and finally upload the filled in xml file

you will get a reference number once completed

use the online payment 

once paid, get an online appoinment from your nearest PSK and visit the office with original docs.
