you will have to input the Survey number of the property for the same. The service is currently available for the chennai residents where you can either collect the EC from office or by post. If you choose the option by post you will have to pay additional cost of Rs25 for courier. The EC also works for other cities of tamilnadu but i have not personally worked on that. You will not have to pay anything online, only at the time of collecting the document you will have to pay the courier guy.

once applied you will have to wait for approximately 10-15 days for it to reach your home.
